NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />i. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the use of the <br />Wayne /St. Joseph Street parking garage for <br />the Rooftop Rendezvous on September 11, <br />1998, in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area, subject to AIDS <br />Ministries providing Proof of Insurance. <br />j. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property at 236 E. Fox Street. (Northern <br />Oak Homes, Inc.) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $750 as of May 30, 1998. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate of <br />Waiver in connection with the Rental Rehab <br />Loan Program for property at 236 E. Fox <br />Street. (Northern Oak Homes, Inc.) <br />k. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property at 803 W. Washington.
