Rich &
Company, Inc.'s proposal is acceptable, A.C.
Rich & Company, Inc. would work with the
staff to prepare a more detailed plan. He also
stated that A.C. Rich & Company, Inc.
would, prior to the end of the year, develop a
more detailed plan and start construction of
the warehouse. Mrs. Kolata asked if A.C.
Rich & Company, Inc. started construction
by the end of the year, when would the
project be complete? Rich & Company,
Inc.
Mr. Hunt stated that a proposal of start and
completion of construction of the building
and the design of the building would need to
be received, reviewed, discussed and
approved by the Commission, because the
Commission does not want the land to be
used only for parking. Mr. Baxmeyer stated
that the initial plan was to construct a
building on the site, but within the last couple
of weeks, A.C. Rich & Company, Inc. was
informed by the purchaser of the parking lot,
which Mr. Boocher had been leasing to park
his company vehicles, that he needs to move
H: \WPDATA \COMMSN\080798.MIN -12-
