NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />b. continued.... <br />his vehicles off the property by the end of <br />August. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked Mr. Boocher if he knows <br />what the timetable would be for start and <br />completion of the building he is proposing to <br />construct. Mr. Boocher stated that the <br />timetable for completion of construction of <br />the building could be a year from today. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that completion of <br />construction of the building within a year <br />from today was a reasonable timetable. <br />Mr. Baxmeyer asked if Mr. Boocher would <br />be allowed to temporarily fence a portion of <br />the property on the north end of the building <br />for security purposes, because Mr. Boocher <br />has had some security problems. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Design Review <br />guidelines have some specific measures <br />which relate to fencing. She also stated that <br />the design guidelines do not allow razor wire <br />fence or barbed wire fence. Mrs. Kolata <br />stated that any fencing would have to be <br />screened. Mr. Baxmeyer stated that the fence <br />could be constructed to the north of the <br />building on Lafayette Street where the two <br />driveways would eventually be constructed. <br />He also stated that A.C.
