Mrs. Kolata stated that the <br />home owners will be responsible for <br />paying a portion of the property taxes <br />even with the tax abatement, but after the <br />tax abatement has been utilized over a <br />determined period of time, the home <br />owners would have to pay the full amount <br />of property taxes on a yearly basis. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Faccenda and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />adopted Resolution No. 1618 approving <br />an application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located in the <br />West Washington- Chapin Development <br />Area.
