The proposal received <br />was from Rick Pitts in the amount of <br />$1,250 for appraisal of the disposition <br />parcel located within the 600 block of E. <br />Wenger Street. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Rick Pitts in the amount of $1,250 <br />for appraisal services in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Cole, proposal from EIS for modification of <br />professional service agreement for <br />property located in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Mr. Riggs stated that the proposal received <br />from EIS Environmental Engineers is to <br />modify the original Agreement dated <br />February 5, 1998, entered into on February <br />20, 1998, between EIS and the <br />Redevelopment Commission. The <br />amendment to the original Agreement is <br />needed because the St. Joseph County has <br />asked that the wells located on the former <br />Avanti site be cut off ten feet below the <br />surface rather than five feet. The <br />additional cost for this work is not -to- <br />exceed $1,500. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />C 9- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />RICK PITTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,250 FOR <br />APPRAISAL SERVICES IN THE SAMPLE -EWING <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />
