South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - April 3, 1998 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />e. continued.... <br />The two proposals received were for an <br />appraisal of the Leighton Plaza Municipal <br />Parking Garage retail space in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. <br />The staff recommends accepting the <br />proposal from Rick Pitts in the amount of <br />$1,750 because it was for a lesser fee. Mr. <br />Riggs informed the Commission that two <br />appraisals will be needed for this project. <br />The Staff will come back at a later date <br />with another proposal related to this <br />project for its consideration. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Blake, seconded by <br />Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission <br />accepted the <br />p proposal <br />from Rick Pitts in the amount of $1,750 <br />for appraisal services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. <br />L Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for appraisal services in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata informed the Commission at <br />the March 20, 1998, Commission meeting <br />that two appraisals were needed in relation <br />to this project. At that time, Douglas <br />Carpenter's appraisal was presented before <br />the Commission for its consideration. <br />Mrs. Kolata also informed the <br />Commission, at that time, that the staff <br />will bring another proposal before the <br />Commission for its consideration relative <br />to this project.
