NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />c. continued.... <br />for acquisition of property in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. <br />d. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from Peirce & Associates for <br />professional services in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />Mr. Riggs stated that the proposal from <br />Peirce & Associates is for a land survey <br />and engineering services to extend <br />William Richardson Court west from <br />where it currently ends in front of <br />Absorbtech and expand William <br />Richardson Court to the new Meghan <br />Beeler Court which is currently under <br />construction. The cost for this work is <br />$11,600. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the proposal from <br />Peirce & Associates in the amount of <br />$11,600 for professional services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for appraisal services in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />Mr. Riggs stated that two proposals were <br />received. The first proposal received was <br />from Rick Pitts in the amount of $1,750 <br />and the second proposal received was from <br />R.E.
