NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. continued.... <br />The Abonmarche Group is for surveying <br />and subdivision planning services for <br />property located on Pennsylvania Avenue <br />and Marietta Street. The cost for this work <br />is not -to- exceed $25,400. The <br />Engineering Department has reviewed the <br />proposal and finds it to be satisfactory. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal from <br />The Abonmarche Group in the amount of <br />$25,400, subject to striking the 15 day <br />payment term and the finance charge for <br />surveying and planning services in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />I. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from Doug Carpenter for <br />disposition appraisal in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this proposal is <br />from Doug Carpenter in the amount of <br />$900 for a disposition appraisal of <br />property in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Upon a motion by Mrs. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the proposal from Doug <br />Carpenter in the amount of $900.00 for <br />disposition appraisal services in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />-19- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />THE ABONMARCHE GROUP IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$25,400, SUBJECT TO STRIKING THE 15 DAY <br />PAYMENT TERM AND THE FINANCE CHARGE FOR <br />SURVEYING AND PLANNING SERVICES IN THE <br />SAMPLE -EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />DOUG CARPENTER IN THE AMOUNT OF $900.00 <br />FOR DISPOSITION APPRAISAL SERVICES IN THE <br />SAMPLE -EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />
