NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />L continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the counter offer <br />from Mark Campbell in the amount of <br />$121,000, (for acquisition and relocation) <br />for property located in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from The Abonmarche Group <br />for engineering and construction <br />administration services in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the proposal from <br />The Abonmarche Group is for engineering <br />and construction administration services <br />for the property located within the block <br />bounded by Wenger, Marietta, Rush and <br />Pennsylvania Streets. The cost for this <br />work is $4,000. <br />Upon a motion by Mrs. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the proposal from The <br />Abonmarche Group for engineering and <br />construction administration services in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />h.
