South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - March 20, 1998 <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />John Hosinski asked to speak to the <br />Commission regarding land in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. <br />Mr. Hosinski, owner of the former Senor <br />Kelly's building located at 119 - 123 N. <br />Michigan Street, asked the Commission if <br />it currently has any future plans for the <br />vacant lot located to the south of 119 N. <br />Michigan Street. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the property <br />has not been put up for bid. The <br />Commission may not dispose of it until it <br />has been offered publicly through the bid <br />process. <br />law <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Redevelopment <br />staff and the Commission have always <br />plan that the property would be used in <br />conjunction with the old American Bank <br />Building to the south or for Class A office <br />space. <br />The Commission informed Mr. Hosinski <br />that at this time it could not give a definite <br />answer to what the use will be for the <br />vacant lot to the south of his property but <br />will communicate with him in writing in <br />the near future. <br />7.
