NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />d. continued.... <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the proposal from <br />Peirce & Associates is for a replat of a <br />piece of property in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area to be sold to <br />SSP Properties. The cost for this work is <br />$1,921. <br />Upon a motion by Mrs. Schwartz, <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />PEIRCE & ASSOCIATES IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,921 <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />FOR SURVEY SERVICES RELATED TO THE <br />accepted the proposal from Peirce & <br />PROPERTY LOCATED IN SOUTH BEND CENTRAL <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />Associates in the amount of $1,921 for <br />survey services related to property located <br />in the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. <br />e. Staff report on acquisition of property <br />in the South Bend Central Development <br />Area. <br />There was no Staff Report. THERE WAS NO STAFF REPORT <br />f. Staff report on acquisition of property <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that one counter offer <br />was received from Mark Campbell in <br />response to the purchase offer that was <br />sent to him. The counter offer is in the <br />amount of $121,000, which includes all <br />payments for acquisition and relocation <br />(including moving costs).
