The grant is in the amount of <br />$4,854.30. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property located at 746 <br />S. 25th St. (Jennell Weaver) <br />n. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 2010 S. Kendall St. (Matilda <br />Fekete) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that a loan and grant <br />was previously approved for Matilda <br />Fekete. At that time, Ms. Fekete was <br />informed that her roof was in poor <br />condition and would soon need to be <br />replaced. At that time, she declined to <br />have the roof fixed but now has decided to <br />move forward with it. Mr's. Kolata stated <br />that the loan and grant to Matilda Fekete <br />are being revised to include a new roof and <br />the loan is now in the amount of $5,000 at <br />0% for 15 years with monthly payments of <br />$27.78.
