Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 410 - 412 N. <br />William. (John Friedline) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $2,000 as of December <br />18, 1997. <br />Ms. Auburn asked if the properties at 410 - <br />412 N. William have been inspected. <br />Ms. Baumgartner stated that these <br />properties have been inspected. Ms. <br />Auburn asked if these properties have to <br />been inspected again. Ms. Baumgartner <br />responded that the properties will be <br />inspected annually from an exterior <br />standpoint. If any exterior violations are <br />found, then Code Enforcement will be <br />notified and they will go inside the home <br />to inspect it. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property located <br />at 410 - 412 N. William. (John Friedline) <br />p. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal from Crowe, Chizek and <br />Company LLP for professional services <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this proposal is for <br />an analysis of various relocation issues <br />-27- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE CERTIFICATE OF <br />WAIVER IN CONNECTION WITH THE RENTAL <br />REHAB LOAN PROGRAM FOR PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 410 - 412 N.
