NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />k. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property located at 1017 <br />E. Donald St. (Elzbieta Brown) <br />1. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 128 E. Jennings. (Denise & <br />Robert Hildebrand) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan to Denise <br />& Robert Hildebrand is in the amount of <br />$5,750 at 4% for 10 years with monthly <br />payments of $58.22. The grant is in the <br />amount of $3,647.60. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property located at 128 <br />E.
