Commission approval requested for <br />asbestos abatement design and <br />construction phase services for property <br />located in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (Morris Performing <br />Arts Center) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this proposal is <br />from Grauvogel & Associates to develop <br />specifications and then supervise the work <br />related to the asbestos removal in the <br />Morris Performing Arts Center for a fee <br />not -to- exceed $6,640. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission ratified and accepted the <br />proposal from Grauvogel & Associates in <br />the amount of $6,640 for asbestos <br />abatement design and construction phase <br />services for property located in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. (Morris <br />Performing Arts Center) <br />k. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 1017 E. Donald St. ( Elzbieta <br />Brown) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan to Elzbieta <br />Brown is in the amount of $8,200 at 5% <br />for 10 years with monthly payments of <br />$86.98. The grant is in the amount of <br />$3,412.20. <br />-24- <br />COMMISSION RATIFIED AND ACCEPTED THE <br />PROPOSAL FROM GRAUVOGEL & ASSOCIATES IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $6,640 FOR ASBESTOS <br />ABATEMENT DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PHASE <br />SERVICES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SOUTH <br />BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA.
