NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />h. continued.... <br />Anne Bruneel stated that this resolution <br />transfer a 36' wide strip of land behind the <br />Morris Performing Arts Center, that the <br />Commission owns, and the 7 ft of the <br />vacated alley behind the Morris to the <br />Redevelopment Authority. The bond issue <br />requires the Redevelopment Authority to <br />own the property where the Morris <br />Performing Arts Center will be located. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1583 authorizing the transfer of real <br />property to the South Bend <br />Redevelopment Authority. <br />I. Commission approval requested for <br />professional services in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. (Dreisbach, <br />asbestos removal specifications) <br />The proposal received from ACM <br />Environmental, Inc. is for asbestos <br />removal specifications for a fee of <br />$500.00. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from ACM Environmental, Inc. in the <br />amount of $500.00 for professional <br />services in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (Dreisbach, asbestos <br />removal specifications) <br />-23- <br />COMMISSION ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 1583 <br />AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY <br />TO THE SOUTH BEND REDEVELOPMENT <br />AUTHORITY <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />ACM ENVIRONMENTAL, INC.
