NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />g. continued.... <br />Randy Rompola stated that Resolution <br />No. 1582 approves the Lease Addendum <br />and authorizes its execution. The Lease <br />Addendum reduces the lease rental <br />payments significantly. He noted that the <br />Lease Addendum also amends the legal <br />descriptions contained in the Lease, but <br />the Addendum does not change the project <br />description. When the initial Lease was <br />developed, the actual scope of the project <br />was defined relating to where the <br />improvements were going to be located. It <br />has been identified more specifically <br />where the areas outside the footprint of the <br />buildings (the Palais Royale and the <br />Morris Performing Arts Center) are going <br />to be located. The parking lot <br />improvements and some of the <br />improvements to the adjacent alley have <br />been finalized. As a result of the <br />finalization of the improvements, the <br />project description now can be finalized. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution No. <br />1582 approving a Modification to the <br />Lease for Morris Performing Arts Center <br />Project and approving the Execution of an <br />Addendum to the Lease. <br />h.
