The vertical surfaces of the step well will be aluminum treadplate. <br />CAB EXTERIOR HANDRAILS <br />A 1.25" diameter slip -resistant, knurled aluminum handrail will be provided adjacent to each cab and <br />crew cab door opening to assist during cab ingress and egress. <br />STEP LIGHTS <br />There will be eight (8) white LED step lights with chrome bezel installed for cab and crew cab access <br />steps. <br />• Two (2) lights for the driver's access steps <br />• Two (2) lights for the driver's side crew cab access steps, one (1) lights per step <br />• Two (2) lights for the passenger's side crew cab access steps, one (1) lights per step <br />• Two (2) lights for the passenger's side access step <br />In order to ensure exceptional illumination, each light will provide a minimum of 25 foot-candles (fc) <br />covering an entire 15" x 15" square placed ten (10) inches below the light and a minimum of 1.5 fc <br />covering an entire 30" x 30" square at the same ten (10) inch distance below the light. <br />The lights will be activated when the battery switch is on and the adjacent door is opened. <br />FENDER CROWNS <br />Stainless steel fender crowns will be installed at the cab wheel openings. <br />CREW CAB WINDOWS <br />One (1) fixed window with tinted glass will be provided on each side of the cab, to the rear of the front <br />cab door. The windows will be sized to enhance light penetration into the cab interior. The windows <br />will measure 18.70" wide x 23.75" high. <br />REAR WALL WINDOWS <br />There will be two (2) windows, located one (1) each side, on the rear wall of the crew cab. The <br />windows will measure 14.75" wide x 7.25" high. <br />COMPUTER MOUNTING TRAY <br />There will be one (1) locking sliding stainless steel tray located forward of the officer. <br />CAB INTERIOR <br />The cab interior will be constructed of primarily metal (painted aluminum) to withstand the severe duty <br />cycles of the fire service. <br />The officer side dash will be a flat faced design to provide easy maintenance and will be constructed <br />out of painted aluminum. <br />The instrument cluster will be surrounded with a high impact ABS plastic contoured to the same shape <br />of the instrument cluster. <br />The engine tunnel will be painted aluminum to match the cab interior <br />22 of 89 <br />
