ease of maintenance. <br />TION TAGS <br />Identification tags for the discharge controls shall be recessed within the same bezel. The <br />discharge identification tags shall be color coded, with each discharge having its own uni <br />color. <br />All remaining identification tags shall be mounted on the pump panel in chrome plated <br />bezels. <br />The side pump panels shall be easily removable for ease of maintenance. <br />Polished stainless steel trim collars to be installed around all inlets and outlets. <br />PANEL CONFIGURATION <br />The pump panel configuration shall be arranged and installed in an organized manner that <br />shall provide user-friendly operation. <br />AND GAUGE PANEL <br />The pump and gauge panels shall be constructed of non -glare surface covered aluminum, to <br />allow easy identification of the gauges and controls and to eliminate glare. <br />A polished aluminum trim molding shall be provided around each panel. <br />The driver's, passenger and rear side pump panels shall be removable and fastened with <br />type fasteners. <br />Engine monitoring graduated LED indicators shall be incorporated with the pressure <br />controller. <br />HORN BUTTON <br />An air horn control button shall be provided at the pump operator's control panel. This <br />shall be properly labeled and put within easy reach of the operator. <br />UGES, VACUUM and PRESSURE <br />The pump vacuum and pressure gauges shall be liquid filled and manufactured by Class 1, <br />Inc. <br />There shall be four (4) pressure gauges 2 for cross lay and 2 to be determined at prebuild. <br />The gauges shall be a minimum of4.00" in diameter and shall have white faces with black <br />lettering, with a pressure range of 30.00"-0-600#. <br />Gauge construction shall include a Zytel nylon case with adhesive mounting gasket and <br />threaded retaining nut. <br />The pump pressure and vacuum gauges shall be installed adjacent to each other at the pump <br />operator's control panel. <br />Test port connections shall be provided at the pump operator's panel. One shall be connected <br />to the intake side of the pump, and the other to the discharge manifold of the pump. They <br />shall have 0.25 in. standard pipe thread connections and non -corrosive polished stainless <br />steel or brass plugs. They shall be marked with a label. <br />This gauge shall include a 10 year warranty against leakage, pointer defect, and defective <br />bourdon tube. <br />64 <br />PO <br />
