will also allow for compression to prevent water ingression. <br />The doors shall be mounted in a one (1)-piece aluminum side frame with recessed side seals <br />to minimize seal damage during equipment deployment. All seals including side frames, topes <br />gutters and bottom panel are to be manufactured utilizing non -marring materials. <br />Yl <br />Bottom panel flange of roll -up door will be equipped with two (2) cut-outs to allow for easier <br />access with gloved hands. <br />A stainless -steel lift bar to be provided for opening the door and located at the bottom of <br />YE)/NO <br />each door with latches on the outer extrusion of the door frame. A ledge to be supplied over <br />lift bar for additional area to aid in closing the door. The lift bar shall be located at the <br />bottom of door with striker latches installed at the base of the side frames. Side frame <br />mounted door strikers will include support beneath the stainless -steel lift bar to prevent door <br />curtain bounce, improve bottom seal life expectancy and to avoid false door ajarsignals. <br />All injection molded roll -up door wear components will be constructed of Type 6 nylon. <br />Each roll -up door shall have a 3.00-inch diameter balancer/tensioner drum to assist in lifting <br />the door. A garage door style shall not acceptable. <br />YES O <br />The header for the roll -up door assembly shall not exceed 4.00". <br />A heavy-duty magnetic switch shall be used for control of open compartment door warning <br />lights. <br />)OOR GUARD <br />There shall be five (5) compartment doors that shall include a guard/drip pan designed to <br />protect the roll -up door from damage when in the retracted position and contain any water <br />spray. The guard shall be fabricated from stainless steel or aluminum and installed on all ONO <br />seven body compartment doors. <br />MOUNTING TRACKS <br />There shall be seven (7) sets of tracks for mounting shelf(s) in one in each body <br />compartment. These tracks shall be installed vertically to support the adjustable shelf(s) and <br />shall be full height of the compartment. The tracks shall be painted to match the ES O <br />compartment interior. <br />ADJUSTABLE SHELVES <br />There shall be four (4) shelves with a capacity of 500 pounds provided. The shelf <br />construction shall consist of. 188" aluminum with 2.00" sides. Each shelf shall be painted to ES O <br />match the compartment interior. Each shelf shall be infinitely adjustable by means of a <br />threaded fastener, which slides in a track. <br />The shelves shall be held in place by stamped plated brackets and bolts. <br />The location shall be determined at preconstruction. <br />PULL-OUT TRAY <br />There shall be three (3) slide -out trays with 2.00" sides and a capacity of 500 pounds �40 <br />provided. Capacity rating shall be in the extended position. <br />Slides shall be ball bearing type for ease of operation and years of dependable service. <br />Automatic locks shall be provided for both the "in" and "out" positions. The trip mechanism <br />for it shall be located at the front of the tray for ease of use with a gloved hand. <br />54 <br />
