The fifth property is located <br />within the block bounded by Main, <br />Sample, Lafayette and Tutt Streets and is <br />located behind the Dew Drop Restaurant. <br />Mrs. Kolata requested permission to file <br />Resolution No. 1574 and hold a public <br />hearing on the Resolution on February 20, <br />1998, at 10:00 a.m. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission authorized the filing of <br />Resolution No. 1574 amending the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />Development Plan. <br />c. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1575 setting the Fair Re- <br />Use Value of property in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. (Tax Key # <br />18- 3042 -1612 - former Miller Paint <br />property) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this resolution is <br />for a vacant lot located within the block <br />bounded by Main, Sample, Lafayette and <br />Tutt Streets. This particular piece of <br />property is the former Miller Paint <br />property, which has a total square footage <br />of 13,900 with a re -use value of $46,000 <br />and is zoned "Commercial." <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />-8- <br />COMMISSION AUTHORIZED THE FILING OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1574 AMENDING THE SAMPLE - <br />EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA DEVELOPMENT <br />PLAN <br />
