(Tax Key # 18- 3042 -1612 - former <br />Miller Paint property) <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission authorized the Director to <br />publish the Notice of Intended Sale of <br />property in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area with publication dates <br />of February 13 and 20, 1998, and receipt <br />of bids at 10:00 a.m., March 6, 1998. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1576 related to <br />acquisition of property in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area by Eminent <br />Domain. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this resolution <br />authorizes the Director to send a purchase <br />offer for the property located at the corner <br />of Lafayette and Tutt Streets.
