NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />k. continued <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the use of the <br />Morris Civic Plaza for the "Holiday Tree <br />Lighting" scheduled for December 4, <br />1998, at 5:30 p.m. <br />1. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Completion for property <br />located in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Elumatec USA) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that Elumatec has <br />completed its building and the staff <br />recommends providing Elumatec with the <br />Certificate of Completion. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Completion for property located in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />(Elumatec USA) <br />m. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Completion for property <br />located in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata requested that item 6.m. be <br />stricken from the agenda. This item has <br />previously been acted on by the <br />Commission.
