Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection with <br />the Rental Rehab Loan Program for <br />property located at 107 S. William St. <br />(Wayne Z. Woodworth and Earl S. <br />Woodworth) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this Certificate of <br />Waiver forgives $1,700 as of December <br />15, 1997. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab Loan Program for property located <br />at 107 S. William St. (Wayne Z. <br />Woodworth and Earl S. Woodworth) <br />o. Commission approval requested for <br />Loan and Grant in connection with the <br />Affordable Loan Program for property <br />located at 2009 S. Catalpa. (Kathryn <br />Ewald) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the loan is in the <br />amount of $14,500 at 1% for 12 years with <br />monthly payments of $106.90. The grant <br />is in the amount of $14,239.50. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Loan and <br />Grant in connection with the Affordable <br />Loan Program for property located at 2009 <br />S.
