South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting of February 6, 1998 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />I. Staff report on proposals for marketing <br />and property management of <br />Redevelopment owned retail space. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that two proposals were <br />received for marketing and managing of <br />the retail space in downtown South Bend. <br />The proposals were submitted by The <br />Stone Real Estate Group and CB/Robert <br />Bradley Associates. <br />She also stated that Amy Tweeten <br />prepared a staff report, which was <br />distributed to the Commission. The <br />Commission will act on these proposals at <br />the February 20, 1998, meeting. <br />j. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for traffic study of streets <br />located in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that the Commission <br />previously hired Cole Associates to <br />prepare a plan for future development in <br />the Airport Economic Development Area, <br />west of the bypass. The planning <br />activities include looking at the next phase <br />of public improvements and determining <br />what infrastructure needs to be <br />constructed. As part of the planning <br />process, it is necessary to conduct a traffic <br />study. <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that two proposals <br />were received. The first proposal was <br />from Cole Associates in the amount of <br />$33,700 to conduct a traffic analysis and <br />-16- <br />
