NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />g. continued.... <br />Ms. Schwartz asked if South Bend Leased <br />Housing Associates Limited Partnership <br />have provided the necessary financial <br />information, experience, etc. Mrs. Kolata <br />responded that South Bend Leased <br />Housing Associates Limited Partnership <br />have provided the financial information <br />and will be providing additional required <br />information. <br />Ms. Schwartz asked who now owns the <br />buildings. Mrs. Kolata responded that <br />Monroe Park Associates currently owns <br />the buildings. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the notification <br />from South Bend Leased Housing <br />Associates Limited Partnership, subject to <br />South Bend Leased Housing Associates <br />Limited Partnership completing the <br />improvements as stated in their letter -of- <br />notification of the intent to exercise the <br />option to purchase property in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. <br />(Monroe Park Apartments) <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for environmental services for <br />property located in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to table item <br />61. There were no objections and item <br />6.h. was tabled until February 20, 1998. <br />-15- <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE NOTIFICATION <br />FROM SOUTH BEND LEASED HOUSING <br />ASSOCIATES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP SUBJECT TO <br />SOUTH BEND LEASED HOUSING ASSOCIATES <br />LIMITED PARTNERSHIP COMPLETING THE <br />IMPROVEMENTS AS STATED IN THEIR LETTER -OF- <br />NOTIFICATION OF THE INTENT TO EXERCISE THE <br />OPTION TO PURCHASE PROPERTY IN THE SOUTH <br />BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA.
