NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />g. continued.... <br />education program and believes that the <br />program will provide a degree of <br />education for children in the community <br />that don't have availability to computers <br />in their schools. <br />Mr. Hunt asked how the computer <br />education facility integrates with the <br />medical facility. Mr. Bancroft stated that <br />Memorial Hospital's role is the health of <br />the community and by educating children, <br />in a broad sense, helps the community be <br />healthier. <br />Mrs. Kolata commented that the price per <br />square foot is the same as what was <br />originally proposed and was part of the <br />original Contract for Sale of Land with <br />Trammell Crow which is being replaced <br />by this Agreement. In the Agreement, <br />there is a payment due on an annual basis <br />which is a "common area" charge that is <br />on a graduated scale and will eventually <br />reach $150,000 a year from the year 2007 <br />and thereafter. <br />There are a number of easements having <br />to do with foundations, elevators and <br />public access, etc. The City's time for <br />construction and completion of the <br />parking garage has been modified and is <br />anticipated to be completed in March of <br />1999.
