NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />g. continued.... <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that Memorial Health <br />Plex must construct at least a 75,000 sf <br />facility as part of the agreement. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Ms. Auburn and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Amended and Restated <br />Agreement for the Lease and <br />Development of Real Property with <br />Memorial Hospital of South Bend, Inc. <br />located in the South Bend Central <br />Development Corporation. <br />Anne Bruneel stated that the Groundlease <br />co sets the rent payment amount and <br />provides for a 50 -year term and four <br />consecutive 50 -year renewal terms. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Schwartz, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />approved the Groundlease with Memorial <br />Hospital of South Bend, Inc. for property <br />located in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />Anne Bruneel stated that the following <br />documents are a series of Easements. <br />The Construction Staging and <br />Reconstruction, Repair and Maintenance <br />Easement Agreement pertains to where <br />the contractors will store their equipment <br />on the site while they construct the <br />Memorial Health Plex project. <br />F:\ HOAR`.
