NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />g. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the <br />Construction Staging and Reconstruction, <br />Repair and Maintenance Easement <br />Agreement for Memorial Hospital of <br />South Bend, Inc. <br />Anne Bruneel stated that the <br />Underground Utilities and Mechanical <br />Systems Easement will provide for a <br />blanket easement for the site that will <br />cover sewers, water, conduits, heating <br />and ventilation. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the <br />Underground Utilities and Mechanical <br />Systems Easement for Memorial Hospital <br />of South Bend, Inc. <br />Anne Bruneel stated that the Foundation <br />Easement is for the actual foundation and <br />the footings.
