I'm going <br />to be covering a number of the proposed <br />acquisitions which you're considering as <br />an amendment to the Plan. I will not be <br />speaking on the Morris Civic, Ann Kolata <br />will handle that. I will be talking about <br />the acquisition proposed for the <br />Studebaker Museum block and also for the <br />two acquisitions that are proposed South <br />of the County- City/First Bank building <br />block. <br />We decided that I will be making the <br />presentation and we wouldn't have a series <br />of people coming forward —with one <br />exception— because you might have <br />specific questions on the Studebaker <br />Museum and our future plans. Mr. Pat <br />Billey is here. He is the President of the <br />Studebaker Museum Board and Ron <br />Radecki, who is the Executive Director of <br />the Studebaker Museum. <br />Let me say by way of introduction, I'm <br />going to walk through four points. I want <br />to talk about the existing conditions. I <br />want to talk a little about the proposed <br />development concepts. I want to talk <br />about the staff s recommendation and the <br />basis for that recommendation. And <br />finally summarize a few points. <br />The property that is at the Southwest <br />corner of Main and Jefferson Streets.
