The first is the Hardee's restaurant <br />property and the second one is the former <br />C.E. Lee Building. We are recommending <br />that you amend Resolution No. 1559 to <br />exclude from this acquisition list parcel <br />number C- 22 -17. <br />The last two properties are portions of <br />properties that are needed for the <br />expansion of the Morris Civic Auditorium. <br />The properties that are needed for the <br />expansion of the Morris Civic Auditorium <br />are shaded in pink on the site plan. <br />Mrs. Kolata pointed out, on the site plan, <br />the exact location of the Morris Civic <br />Auditorium, the location for the expansion <br />of the Stage House, the Palais Royale <br />building and the parcel that is needed for <br />actual purchase from a Land Trust held at <br />First Source Bank. That property needs to <br />be acquired in order to accommodate the <br />loading dock and so the expansion of the <br />Morris can take place.
