NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />b. continued.... <br />Commercial/Robert Bradley Associates <br />are that it's a local, third party, <br />independent firm; the brokers are not <br />developers; CB Commercial /Robert <br />Bradley Associates does not own <br />commercial property that competes for its <br />resources or time; and, CB <br />Commercial /Robert Bradley Associates' <br />brokers are market knowledgeable. Mr. <br />Metheny noted that they are the single - <br />point of access to the resources that are <br />available at CB Commercial. <br />Sheryl Litell, a commercial real estate <br />agent, stated that for the last eight years <br />her focus has been office, industrial and <br />real estate. She works in South Bend <br />everyday. She educates people inside and <br />outside of the community on South Bend's <br />workforce, zoning, utilities and lifestyle. <br />She explained that Robert Bradley <br />Associates is a client - oriented transaction <br />company. Robert Bradley Associates <br />intends to strategize on taking a look at a <br />new fresh view of the marketing packets <br />and visual aids. Part of Robert Bradley <br />Associates' idea is to create a dual <br />package — formal and informal. <br />Brad Toothaker stated that CB <br />Commercial has given Robert Bradley <br />Associates fantastic access, in a "turn-key <br />way," to national markets and national <br />capital investors.
