South Bend Redevelopment Commission
Regular Meeting - December 5, 1997
6. NEW BUSINESS (CONT.)
b. Presentation of proposals to provide
Real Estate Marketing Services in the
Blackthorn Corporate Park.
Mrs. Kolata stated that a request for
proposal for real estate marketing services
was sent to four firms. Two separate
request for proposals were sent out —one
for Blackthorn Corporate Park and one for
all other Redevelopment owned property.
Proposals were received from CB
Commercial/Robert Bradley Associates
and the Stone Real Estate Group. We'd
like to discuss both proposals at the same
time and have one firm present their
proposals and then have the second firm
present theirs.
James Riggs and Amy Tweeten, Economic
Development Specialists, reviewed the
proposals and prepared a staff report and
chart which is attached to these minutes.
It is the Redevelopment Commission's
intent to enter into a two -year contract.
Ms. Schwartz abstained from discussing or
voting on this agenda item.
Jim Metheny of Robert Bradley Associates
gave a presentation. Robert Bradley
Associates was created in October 1997 by
a Commercial Brokerage Group.
