In reference to the regional level, he <br />and several individuals from Ohio, <br />Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky and Michigan <br />met in Ohio to discuss how to create a <br />forum and to brainstorm on how they can <br />service CB Commercial /Robert Bradley <br />Associates' clients in these regional areas. <br />Within the regional and national forums, <br />CB Commerical/Robert Bradley <br />Associates has property specifics and <br />property -type groups — retail, office and <br />industrial —that focus just on these type of <br />properties. CB Commercial/Robert <br />Bradley Associates also specializes in golf <br />course real estate. <br />CB Commercial /Robert Bradley <br />Associates added Cole Real Estate <br />Advisors (CRA) to its portfolio because of <br />CRA's synergy in the aspect of its national <br />market presence. CRA focuses only on <br />purchasing environmentally distressed <br />properties. Mr. Toothaker commented that <br />CB Commercial /Robert Bradley <br />Associates has access to the World Wide <br />Web and uses it to contact future clients, <br />tenants or land owners.
