The resolution also provides <br />that the TIF portion of Expansion Area 4 <br />will expire December 31, 2024 and the <br />TIF Area provision of Expansion Area 5 <br />will expire on December 31, 2026. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission authorized the filing of <br />Resolution No. 1545 amending the Airport <br />Economic Development Plan and set a <br />public hearing on Resolution No. 1545 for <br />10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 21, 1997. <br />c. Commission approval requested for <br />filing of Resolution No. 1547 amending <br />the South Bend Central Development <br />Area Plan and set a public hearing on <br />Resolution No. 1547 for 10:00 a.m. on <br />Friday, November 21, 1997. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this resolution <br />amends the plan for the South Bend <br />Central Development Area by adding the <br />property located at 214 W.
