NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />a. continued.... <br />hearing for November 21, 1997 at 10:00 <br />a.m. The $184,487 is contributions from <br />the private developer of the Ameriplex <br />project and the private developer of the <br />property located north of Cleveland Road, <br />just west of the Toll Road Industrial Park. <br />The developers are paying for part of the <br />local public improvements in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. This <br />money has been put into the Tax <br />Incremental Fund. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Ms. Schwartz and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission adopted Resolution <br />No. 1548 determining to pay certain <br />expenses incurred for local public <br />improvements in or serving the Airport <br />Economic Development Area Allocation <br />Area No. 1 from the Airport Economic <br />Development Area Allocation Area No. 1 <br />Special Fund. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />filing of Resolution No. 1545 amending <br />the Airport Economic Development <br />Plan and set a public hearing on <br />Resolution No. 1545 for 10:00 a.m. on <br />Friday, November 21, 1997. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this resolution <br />amends the boundaries of the Airport <br />Economic Development Area and the TIF <br />Area by adding properties that are being <br />annexed into the City.
