Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1550 amending the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />Development Plan and setting a public <br />hearing for 10:00 a.m. on Friday, <br />November 21, 1997. <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this resolution <br />amends the plan for the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area by adding several <br />properties to the acquisition list. These <br />include Abe's Plumbing, Bandito's <br />Burritos, a number of vacant lots and four <br />houses on Broadway. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Ms. Auburn and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission authorized the filing of <br />Resolution No. 1550 amending the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area <br />Development Plan and set a public hearing <br />on Resolution No. 1550 for 10:00 a.m. on <br />Friday, November 21, 1997. <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1552 approving an <br />application for personal property tax <br />deduction for property located at 408 <br />W. Indiana Avenue in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area.
