Storm Windows <br />Removals <br />Removing existing storms described in Exterior Trim section of this <br />proposal. Existing wood windows are to be left in place for this proposal. <br />The refurbishing of existing windows to be addressed elsewhere. <br />Construction and Installation <br />We will construct new custom wood storm windows somewhat in the spirit <br />of windows you had built for a home at 612 Portage. <br />Five new windows will feature a frame constructed out of 5/4 wood <br />material, fixed glass in top half, a removable framed glass panel, and an <br />additional removable screen panel that can be swapped out through the <br />course of the year. <br />Two new windows will feature a frame constructed out of 5/4 wood <br />material, fixed glass in top and bottom half (Entry Parlor window facing side <br />yard, Kitchen Sink window facing backyard). <br />�.r One new window will feature a frame constructed out of 5/4 wood material, <br />with one piece of fixed glass, with no divide (Dining Room window facing <br />4 --backyard). This window is not a double hung, and has a horizontal shape. <br />Final Design, Materials, to be reviewed with homeowner.
