<br />Update 4/25/16
<br />On April 22, 2016 at approximately 1pm I arrived at the property located at 841 Park Ave. This property
<br />is part of the Chapin Park Local Historic District. I photographed all four sides of the house and made
<br />notes as to number each window of the structure and detailing which had been replaced or were still
<br />original by way of a diagram that I hand drawn on site. The numbers that I refer to in this report
<br />correspond to those numbers which can be found on the printed photographs and my original drawings.
