NEW BUSINESS (CONT.) <br />j. continued.... <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal from <br />Jerome Michaels in the amount of $2,800 for <br />appraisal services in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />k. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for appraisal services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to table item <br />61. There were no objections and item 61. <br />was tabled. <br />1. Commission approval requested for <br />proposal for professional services. <br />(Bourdon and Bourdon) <br />Mrs. Kolata stated that this proposal is for <br />aerial photography of an area that <br />encompasses Redevelopment's project areas. <br />The cost for this work is $700.00, which <br />includes the price of the film, proofs, time and <br />the air charter.
