1 November Routine Office work. Finalized drafts of presentations. Drafted the Realtor <br />presentation for 6 November on HPC. <br />4 November COA Deadline. No applications. Reviewed Location Reports for any <br />needed transfers and contacted Auditor's Office about the need for paperwork for transfers <br />in the Special Gifts account. Elicia and I met with Matt Sikora from the Mayor's Office <br />about purchasing postcards; the Mayor would like to sell them with the T-shirts in his <br />Office. <br />5 November County Commissioner's meeting for inline transfer to Other Contractual <br />Services. It was approved. Researched more on the Special Gifts and prepared paper <br />work. Tying things up for 2013 year end deadlines. Left message for Mrs. Wickizer's legal <br />guardian, Ashley Stump at Real Services about contacting me concerning an inquiry on the <br />local landmark 60717 Locust Road which is now for sale. <br />6 November 8:30 am presentation at NNN for Sue Solmos' Realtor Class. Very well <br />received. Turned in paperwork for transfers. Began the report for reimbursement of the <br />$12,500.00 stipend from the City. 230 E. Navarre has become a contentious issue again <br />with the neighbors and Code. Advised Jered Wireman that he could apply to substitute <br />vinyl replacement windows for the wood windows in the sunroom but the Commission <br />would still need to vote on it. Ashley Stump followed up with a phone call, will pass on <br />information to Re-Max's Ann Connelly about 60717 Locust Road. Ashley also said that <br />Mrs. Wickizer was declared incompetent by the Court and placed in Healthwin for her <br />own safety and well being. <br />7 November Met with Thea of the Engineering Department about the signs she was <br />proposing for the WPA wall restored in River Park. Ann Montgomery came in to pick up <br />the information on the North Triangle property and to verify the 25 hours Staff has <br />committed to the project. Mike Wheeler came in with a COA application to be <br />considered by the Commission on the 18 November. Began working on that Staff Report <br />for mailing. Nothing was turned in by Jerid Wireman for 230 E. Navarre. <br />8 November Finished Staff Report on the barn at 13271 Adams Road. Prepared <br />Commissioner packets for mailing. Reviewed presentations for next week. General Office <br />work. 417 W. Navarre is getting bids on work to replace all of the siding, working with <br />Carolla Heilstedt at ccserve.rco@Lqnail.com. <br />11 November Veterans Day. Office Closed. <br />12 November Larry Schohl owner of 506 Riverside came in to apply for a COA for <br />window and storm door replacements. Sent him to provide product information and <br />installation information. Worked with Steve and IT to get the lap top to communicate with <br />the projector for Wednesday's presentation. Networking luncheon with Shubhada <br />Kambli from Code. Follow up work on 417 W. Navarre with Code. Follow up with 228 <br />2 <br />
