St. <br />Joseph. Prepared the approved COA for Contractor and left at 7:00. <br />26 June General Office work. Meeting with Serena Howley about a landscaping <br />plan for COA she is preparing for the July meeting. E-mailed detailed information for <br />prospective owner of 230 E. Navarre, Jerid Wireman. The house was on demolition list <br />but FNMA never disclosed this and accepted Mr. Wireman's earnest money via <br />Prudential. Have been working with his local representatives as well to clarify what is <br />needed. <br />27 June Staff meeting with Scott Senff on the installation of the HPC icon on the <br />Property Tax System. Loaded in 75% of the County Landmarks, and found several <br />addresses that needed additional clarifications -especially farm land. Met with Becky Mahl <br />on the COA pending for 230 E. Navarre. Attending the Tourism Awards Recognition <br />Reception at the Compton Family Ice Arena; and gave Rob Decleane a packet of the St. <br />Joseph County postcards. He is definitely interested in buying these. Also showed Marilyn <br />Thompson from NICH our postcard samples and she is also interested in them. Evie <br />Kirkwood at Parks is only interest in the St. Patrick's Park—but loved the rest, too. <br />28 June Staff Tour of City Cemetery with Travis Childs, David Relos, Andrew <br />Elegante, Chris Huff, John Charles Bryant et al.
