Prepared the approved COA for Contractor and left at 7:00. 26 June General Office work. Meeting with Serena Howley about a landscaping plan for COA she is preparing for the July meeting. E-mailed detailed information for prospective owner of 230 E. Navarre, Jerid Wireman. The house was on demolition list but FNMA never disclosed this and accepted Mr. Wireman's earnest money via Prudential. Have been working with his local representatives as well to clarify what is needed. 27 June Staff meeting with Scott Senff on the installation of the HPC icon on the Property Tax System.
