4 & 5 July Office closed for Independence Day Holiday. <br />5 July gave Then and Now Tour between 6:30-8:00 p.m. <br />8 July Commissioner Packets along with homeowners' completed and mailed. <br />Began input of the City Landmarks on the Tax System. Also the North St. Joseph Street <br />District. <br />9 July Continued with the input of the landmarks on Washington street that are <br />also in National Register Districts. Spoke with Duncan Stroik about the verification that <br />Austin and Shambleau were on the 12 floor of the Tower Building. He also said that Mary <br />Toll the granddaughter of Shambleau works at Notre Dame in the IT Department and has <br />information on him On site visit to 230 E. Navarre to check out re -roofing. <br />10 July Spent the entire day on the Lows Tax System completing the input for the <br />City Landmarks. Also had Building Department check on the roofing job at 230 E. <br />Navarre. <br />11 July General Office work. Follow up on 230 E. Navarre with Chuck Bulot at <br />the Building Department. Worked on preparing the City Invoice for the first installment <br />of the City Stipend, now that the Agreement has been approved by the Board of Public <br />Works. <br />12 July Processed 43 106 reviews for demolition after extensive meeting with <br />Preservation Specialist, Steve Szaday. Met with Councilman Oliver Davis concerning City <br />Cemetery and arranged to meet at 10:30 with Staff on Monday at Chocolate Caf6. <br />Reviewed website Villow) for houses for sale in historic districts and added those to the <br />Low's Tax system: <br />13 July Attended Unity Garden's fundraising event at their site.
