It will be located at die corner of Cherry and <br />Adams Road. <br />9 September Cross Referenced vacant and abandoned housing lists from Code with the <br />2005 survey of the scattered sites with rankings of Notable and Outstanding. 607 Leland a <br />Local Landmark was listed at Abandoned. <br />10 September Spoke with Sarah Davis at 304 Navarre about her tree removal and issued <br />an RME COA. Spoke at the Zoning and Annexation Committee Meeting in favor of the <br />re -zoning of 709-711 LWE to single family. Spoke with Eric Ford owner of 709-711 about <br />his future plans for the building. <br />11 September 7:30 am Rotary Charitable Foundation meeting, discussed Howard Park <br />project. 1 RME for 336 Navarre for re -roof and three 106 Reviews. Attended the Smart <br />Growth Urban Presentation sponsored by the National Association of Realtors. During <br />the breaks spoke with Dave Matthews on his plans for die building across from Howard <br />Park that he bought from Ed Levy. He had a rendering of what he is thinking about: 3 <br />store fronts on the first level and living/office space on the second with second floor <br />balconies that extend over the sidewalk. Attended the County Council meeting concerning <br />the Budget. Spoke with Sean Coleman. He updated me on his efforts to place a marker <br />on the tax system for historic properties and is meeting with Lows on Friday. <br />12 September Avon inquiries. Arranged for Julie Cleveland, Chris Dressel's intern from <br />Public Works, to research the Lincoln Park area using our files. Window Work Shop <br />Preparation. <br />13 September Prepared for the window workshop at Kizer. Arranged for refreshments <br />after Todd declined to provide for over 20 participants. Met with Jennifer for the sound <br />system in the Council Chambers. Premier of the Window Video at the Kizer House <br />between 4:40 and 8:30 <br />14 September Received COA application with check from Steve Miskin at SBCSC for <br />removal of storm damaged tree per their Arborist. Brought the COA to die Administrative <br />Office for Steve to begin the work. Avon inquiries. Friday afternoon as a personal day. <br />
