First Friday's -Attend planning committee meeting. Attend a meeting at the Vine with the entire downtown community to discuss the future of FFs. 15. 100 year anniversary of the -Kessler Parks -and Boulevard Plan -for South Bend -none. 16. Local Historic Districts tour -Forward draft of guide booklet to partners and HPC. Make revisions and present to graphic designer for updates. Meeting with a homeowner to borrow her original blueprints. Scanning the blueprints at City Engineering. More revisions to booklet. Working with designer on postcard advertisement. Review budget. East Bank Village -Organizing South Bend Heritage Foundation, DTSB, Indiana Landmarks and CED for a meeting. Meeting with Todd Zeiger, Marco Mariani, Aaron Perri, Catherine and Steve to discuss the project. Follow up with EBV neighbors. 22. State Theatre -meeting with Drew Elefante who is redeveloping the property and interested in Local Landmark status. Researching price for National Register plaque. Making copies of research. 23. Assisting Jerry Wolf of Quantum Title with research on East La Salle. 24. Meeting with Barb who worked on a survey of South Bend's catalogue homes. She brought in her research and allowed me to copy it. Deliver originals to her home. 25. City Cemetery -Asked to give a presentation to the Achievement Forum on the history of the cemetery and the recent activities HPC has been involved with at the cemetery. Meeting with Dominick of AF to discuss presentation and volunteerism. Gave a tour with Steve Nemeth of the cemetery to AF members and discussed volunteer roles. Preparing presentation for Thursday. 2
