Routine Maintenance Exclusions - <br />a. 601 Riverside Drive -Reissued an expired COA for Building Department. <br />b. 1341 East Wayne Street -Tree removal per city forester permission. <br />c. 511 South St. Joseph -Continuation of work from previous COA on roof. North Liberty -Field work to review multiple projects including 106 reviews for senior housing, <br />DHPA grant for repairs to WPA stone in park, Main Street National Register nomination. <br />5. Planning for expos. Presented Sustainable Preservation and staffed the Green Energy <br />Exhibition. Attended the Green Ribbon cutting at the hydroelectric installation. Attend presentation <br />at Innovation Park by Adrianne Smith + Gordan Gill Architects/Planners. <br />9. Internships -Mail summer 2012 Intern Resolutions. Oversee and offer guidance for the following <br />projects: <br />a. Jordan: Resource Center organization -Working with Jordan on organizing digital archives. <br />b. Michelle: Postcards -Follow up with Michelle. <br />c. Fabian: Minimum Maintenance Standards -Working with Fabian on his project. <br />10.
