9 November Prepared Commissioners' packets for mailing. Followed up on phone calls. <br />Attended Special School Board meeting to support Bill Sniadecki. <br />12 November OFFICE CLOSED FOR VETERAN DAY <br />13 November 7:30 am Rotary Charitable Foundation meeting. Returned Holiday phone <br />calls. Elicia and I attended the Purple Porch Coop opening and speech making at its new <br />location. Met briefly with the Mayor and invited Kathy Ready White to hear Scoot Ford at <br />Rotary. Elicia and I met with Tammie, Steve Nemeth, Mike Kouroubetes at Hebrew <br />Orthodox Cemetery to discuss vandalism and deterrent techniques that could be used at <br />City Cemetery. 5:00 Botanical Society Board meeting, presented Treasurer's Report. <br />14 November Attended Scott Ford's presentation at Rotary with Kathy Ready White as <br />my guest. Fantastic Presentation that really drove the adaptive re -use message home. He <br />was well received. Wayne Doolittle came in and suggested that he would like to volunteer <br />after April 2013. Drafted Invoice for balance of City's 2012 stipend to HPC <br />15 November Finalized 2012 encumbrances and in-line transfers. Peter Payne <br />requested research on house for lead abatement. Determined it was not a landmark <br />Marcia Qualls sent Tom Price's proposal for signage of an African American Tour. <br />Contacted him with the two landmarks, Central High and 1855 Court House, that would <br />be affected. E-mail to Larry Meteiver concerning Wayne's proposal. Completed Invoice <br />for City. <br />16 November Submitted payroll, encumbrances and in-line transfers to purchasing <br />and County Commissioners. Office needs a new camera and Steve is working on finding <br />the best one for HPC's purposes; current one is over 8 years old and is not always <br />functioning properly. Met with a resident for an hour and a half requesting research on <br />various sites and houses, especially 218 S. Chapin Street. <br />
