Division Admin for Federal Highway Administration. 5:30 BSSB monthly <br />meeting, presented Treasurer's Report. <br />2 May Attended the Core Stakeholders meeting for the 1913-2013 Lincolnway <br />Events to be held in South Bend as part of the 1913 Route "Cruise". Worked on <br />compiling CLG Report Staff Reprots for upcoming Special Meeting and Regular Meeting <br />3 May Meeting with Kevin Smith, Brian Siqueira, Director of Real Estate/ Union <br />Station Technology Center and Todd Zeiger about the Renaissance District involving <br />Union Station, Building #64 and the Admin Building. Participated in Code meeting <br />concerning 519 S. St. Joseph. Owner wants to give up house, Receivership Program. <br />4 May Southhold Awards Presentation preparations took up most of the day. <br />7 May Meeting with Francisco Gonzalez with Steve Szaday at 612-614 Carroll <br />concerning the windows and possible solutions for the 10 May meeting. Meeting with <br />CVB Rob DeCleene, Diana Hess and Sue Solmos and Elicia about partnering for the <br />Local Historic District tours. <br />8 May Staff Reports for the meetings and also CLG Reports. <br />9 May Staff Reports, CLG Report attended the Notre Dame Professor, Lucien <br />Steil class presentation of the Decline and Renaissance of Downtown South Bend. <br />10 May Staff Reports and prepared Commissioners' packets for distribution at <br />meeting.5:30 Special Meeting of HPC. <br />11 May Prepared approved COAs and mailed out Commissioner Packets. <br />Researched 710 Park rear property line for remediation after the out building was <br />demolished. Completed CLG Report. Compiled Director's report. Evaluated pdf of <br />Emee Miller's proposed backyard landscaping. <br />14 May Attended Then and Now tours meeting with Julie Curtis of DTSB, Todd <br />Zeiger, Marilyn Thompson and Elicia Feasel. Joining forces to package the various tours <br />as the Heritage Tour Series and also presented in a Rack Card, have the CVB be the point <br />person, and plan for docent training for 2013 season. Also looking for sponsorships. <br />15 May Rotary Board Meeting at 7:30. Meet with Jason Pfledderer at 815 Arch to <br />document his in kind replacement of his fence and landscaping changes. Prepared the Staff <br />Report for the West LaSalle Avenue Historic District National Register Nomination. <br />Attended Area Plan Commission and spoke against a re -zoning on Parry Street to allow for <br />an auto repair shop near our Landmark. Networked at Green Drinks at Club LaSalle <br />DTSB made presentation. <br />
