Turned 615 Edgewater into Building Department for putting on a roof without a COA or building permit from a phone call by Steve Szaday. Met with Francisco Gonzalez for a COA for work already in progress at 612-614 Carroll on windows to be added to Monday's meeting. 15 March Met with James Rekos who had begun work on Wednesday at 615 Edgewater without COA or Building permit. Issued COA 2012-0315 after application and fee. Prepared RME report Researched 66441 Walnut for Heidi Gray. Local Landmark in the County. Provided information on 319 N. Williams Street for Todd Zeiger who is exploring receivership for Indiana Landmarks. Met with Jason Carrico of Advanced Roofing and issued COA 2012-0315A for 611 Edgewater garage re -roof. Prepared RME report. Followed up with Larry Magliozzi of Area Plan about Interns and contact information. Began Staff report on 612-614 South Carroll. 16 March Completed Stall Report for South Carroll. Drove to 319 William Street with Elicia to note addresses of surrounding properties. Researched those addresses on tax system and sent information to Todd. Researched Building #84 with Elicia at Studebaker Archives with Andy Beckman. Finished preparations for Monday's meeting.
