City Cemetery- Correspondence with Travis of CFH regarding celebrations on Memorial and <br />eterans Day. Going through City Council minutes in Clerk's office. Working on digital and hand drafted <br />resource map. <br />b. Meeting with Kurt Garner, National Register writer to solicit quotes for additional nominations. <br />2. Attend 3.21.2011 HPC meeting, prepare draft of minutes and forward to Commissioners. Revise as <br />requested. Print minutes from March meeting for April meeting. Print commissioner and liaison mailing <br />labels. <br />3. Internships- <br />a. Resource Library- Correspondence with Alison Stankrauff of IUSB. Preparing desired outcome of <br />internship letter and forwarding to interested applicants. Prepare letter to Jennifer Parker, Architecture <br />Librarian at Notre Dame to request her guidance with planning for project, per her offering. <br />Correspondence with interested IUSB students. Meeting with Jennifer Parker at HPC Office to begin <br />planning. - - <br />b. Local Landmarks - Preparing desired outcome of internship letter. Reviewing resume and <br />discussion with Catherine. <br />4. RMS 2010 -2011 Window Restoration Production - Correspondence with Andrea of Grass Roots. Met with <br />her at Grass Roots office regarding script. Working on script that Wayne will narrate as voice over for <br />video. Discussed graphics. Developing a window condition assessment. Emailed Joni Gibley of South <br />Bend Tribune Business Weekly with a suggested story on the windows videos. Organizing files. Working on <br />script and forwarding to Andrea for review. <br />Restore Michiana Series 2011- Create a calling card for the www.RestoreMichiana.com site. Preparing <br />=dvertisement for City newsletter. <br />a. Historic Wood Window Restoration Workshop with HNC - Schedule meeting with Dana to tighten <br />down on details. Meet with Dana in at Old Republic. Preparing Press Release and marketing flyer. <br />Correspondence with Schobergs on site details and setting up a site visit. <br />6.
